'The
Little Apple': Easton; great things are happening NOW!
Easton
is only 65 miles from New York City, along the Delaware River on the edge of
NJ sandwiched between routes 22 and 78. Rich in history, Easton is one of only
three cities (Philly & Trenton) where the Delcaration of Independance was
first read! Spectacular architecture in historic downtown and 'College Hill'
areas (Lafayette College) inspires many to come and be a part of the great renaissance
that is happening here, with the many artists, investors, families and young
professionals that are now calling this town home. Commutable, diverse, eclectic;
an area within striking-distance of Manhattan that is so affordable and offers
great promise. Historic Easton houses the 3rd most-visted children's museum;
The Crayloa Factory, fantastic restaurants, stores, city complexes and parking
deck. Access to routes 22 and 78 within minutes.
Despite the national economy - many exciting development projects are
happening in 2010/2011:

Re-delivering 30,000 Gross SF front building of with 10,000 SF of retail on the first floor.
